'SELF-REALISATION'
About my work
My work involves exploring the nature of life and the 'self'. I offer individual consultations, as well as gatherings and retreats for radical self-knowledge, or 'Self-realisation'. I do not claim to be a 'master' or anything else. I just assist to bring about recognition of the 'Presence' that eternally 'Is', because this seems to come naturally to me...
Of course any 'method' or 'technique' is just a kind of trick - a distraction... The only real method for Self-knowledge (which of course, paradoxically is not really a 'method' at all) is simply 'Being'.
But the absolute simplicity and unpredictability of 'Being' arouses confusion and fear in us, so the path most of us take in 'spirituality' or self-development involves either trying to peel and unravel our many apparent layers ('conditioning' upon 'conditioning') before we can embody the 'authentic self'... or seeking the 'Grace of the Supreme Being'... who somehow will give us 'permission' to exist Gracefully in peace and in communion with the Source... Whether or not there is in truth any need to unravel anything or to seek Divine Grace is certainly questionable... but subjectively, for most of us who awaken to the question "Who am I?" and "How can I exist in peace?" this seems to be so...
So, as well as writing and teaching about 'Presence', I work with therapeutic modalities ('Energy Flow' practices - such as massage, music therapy/ sound massage and 'Rebirthing'), I teach meditation and Yoga and I give concerts/ 'sound journeys' to facilitate the 'Self-encounter'... (after all, if we're going to insist that we have to go through a 'process', then lets at least have a beautiful journey getting here :o))

But, frivolity aside, I feel very blessed to be doing this work... There is nothing more sublime in this world than the discovery of who we are... In fact, it is a beauty that transcends this world... It is the beauty of the integration of 'Heaven' and 'Earth'... 'Self' and 'Source'. It is the beauty of the mythical rainbow bridge between realms.
To assist in this 'process' - this awakening - is a great privilege... It is like getting to watch your own orgasmic birth.

'Presence' - Nothing and everything, Nobody and everybody
Being born now
as All
Not reborn as 'my''self',
but as no-thing...
No-body,
Yet, all things, all selves...
No-thing and every-thing
